Ordering your Sweet Soda Frames

We sell our frames through a couple of different Channels. Please see the options below and choose the method that meets your needs.

Photographer Distribution:

Sweet Soda works with a number of different photographers, some of our photographers have stock on hand so you can see the frames up close. The biggest benefit of using our photographer distribution channel is you are put in touch with a local photographer who can work with you to create a masterpiece image for your frame. These photographers can also sell the frames directly with our without a photography session.

Delivery Time: Frames are ready for shipping or pickup within 15 days of your order. Please contact us to locate a photographer near you. *Photographers pricing may differ from Sweet Soda direct pricing

Product Returns and Shipping Information

First off, we are completely committed to customer satisfaction; If your product is damaged during shipping we will arrange for pickup and return of your product immediately. Sweet Soda will either repair or replace your product and expedite it back to you. Please know that we use Fed Ex and their pickup windows are 8am - 6pm. If you can not ensure your availability, a shipping drop off center will be located for you.

Our frames are finished to order and therefore are customized for you therefore we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage. If your product arrives damaged and you wish to have your money refunded, we will arrange for pickup of the product and issue a full refund (including shipping fees) as soon as we receive the product at our door. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can track the status of the package as well.
