Q:  would like to order a frame size not listed in the Frame styles selection list

We are happy to create your frame in any size up to 48" X 96" X 3".  Contact us using the Sweet Soda Social tab or e-mail sweetsodaframes@live.com for pricing details. 

Q: I am local and don't want to pay shipping on Etsy

By entering coupon code BARRIE on our Etsy site, the cost of shipping is eliminated.  This option is available to customers who would like to pick up their frames in the Barrie area (Innisfil). 

Pick up hours:
Monday's 7pm - 8pm
Wednesdays - 6pm - 8pm
Fridays - 6pm - 8pm
Saturdays - 9am - 11am

Q: Do your frames come with a Glass or Acrylic insert?

Yes,  our frames do come with a Non Glare acrylic insert. 

Q:  What is a Backdrop?

See picture below.  Backdrops are squared backgrounds for your frame extending on average 2" from the shortest frame point.  They are made to enhance your frame  through colour and size to suit your decor. 

Q:  Who do you use for shipping

Sweet Soda uses FedEx Ground or International for all shipping.  Once your frames are packaged you are provided with a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment.  Domestic shipping usually only takes a few days and International shipping takes about a week.
